At The Online OB/GYN, we offer a modern approach to women's health by combining the convenience of telehealth with the personalized attention of direct specialty care with a concierge feel. Founded by Dr. Diana Okuniewski, a Board-Certified OB/GYN and Lifestyle Medicine physician, our practice eliminates the complexities of insurance, allowing for a more direct and meaningful patient-provider relationship.

Concierge Direct Specialty Care
Empowering You with Personalized, Accessible Healthcare
Our direct specialty care model is designed to provide comprehensive, individualized care without the constraints of traditional insurance. By focusing on a membership-based approach, we ensure that you receive the attention and support you deserve. You pay one fee, and all care is included. We do not bill insurance at all.
Membership Details:
Investment: $300 per month, with the first six months paid in advance.
Includes: Unlimited telehealth consultations, direct access to Dr. Okuniewski via text/phone/email 24/7, and personalized care plans.
In-Person Visits: Available in Spring Lake, Michigan, as needed. We recommend at least a yearly in-person exam.
Labs, pathology, and imaging are not included, as these services are provided by other entities.
This health care model empowers you to take control of your health journey with a provider who truly understands and supports your unique needs.
For all medical emergencies, please still call 911 or visit the nearest Emergency Department. The Online ObGyn is not an emergency medical service. But, please notify us if you are in the emergency room or hospital, because we care.

Dr. Diana Okuniewski, DO is our founder and lead physician. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine, a specialty that focuses on disease prevention through six pillars of health: nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, healthy relationships, and minimizing risky substances.
