At The Online OB/GYN, we offer a modern approach to women's health by combining the convenience of telehealth with the personalized attention of a concierge office. We are also a direct specialty office, meaning we do not take insurance.
We desire to treat the WHOLE person and help PREVENT disease.
Your doctor is accessible by phone 24/7, no more phone trees, no more waiting 3 months for an appointment! You can even order your own labs now, if you know what you would like to discuss, get them done BEFORE the appointment.
Founded by Dr. Diana Okuniewski, DO, FACOOG, MSCP, dipABLM, a Board-Certified OB/GYN, Menopause, and Lifestyle Medicine physician, our practice eliminates the complexities of insurance, allowing for a more direct and meaningful patient-provider relationship with longer, unhurried, thorough visits.
Our Care Model:
Concierge Direct Specialty Care
Our direct specialty care model is designed to provide comprehensive, individualized care without the constraints of traditional insurance.
By focusing on a membership-based approach, we ensure that you receive the attention and support you deserve. You pay one fee, and all care is included. We do not bill insurance at all. However, if you request, a superbill will be provided so you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement directly to you from your insurance.
*At this time we are also scheduling some space for one time visits, as we realize care is hard to find!
Membership Details:
Investment: $300 per month, with the first three months paid in advance.
Includes: Unlimited telehealth and in person consultations, direct access to Dr. Okuniewski via text/phone/email 24/7, personalized care plans, discounted labs and supplements.
In-Person Visits: Available in Grand Haven, Michigan, as needed. We recommend at least a yearly in-person exam.
Specialty labs, pathology, and imaging are not included, as these services are provided by other entities. However, we can provide discounted labs for those with a membership.

The Online ObGyn is not an emergency medical service. But, please notify us if you are in the emergency room or hospital, because we care, and we may be able to advocate for you and help you navigate a difficult medical situation.

Dr. Diana Okuniewski, DO is our founder and lead physician. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is board certified in Menopause care and she is also board certified in Lifestyle Medicine, a specialty that focuses on disease prevention through six pillars of health: nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, healthy relationships, and minimizing risky substances.
She wants to bring this knowledge to help take care of your WHOLE person, and help PREVENT disease.
