Our Care Model:
Concierge Direct Specialty Care
Our direct specialty care model is designed to provide comprehensive, individualized care without the constraints of traditional insurance.
By focusing on a membership-based approach, we ensure that you receive the attention and support you deserve. You pay one fee, and all care is included. We do not bill insurance at all. However, if you request, a superbill will be provided so you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement directly to you from your insurance.
*At this time we are also scheduling some space for one time consults, as we realize care is hard to find!
Membership Details:
Investment: $300 per month, with the first six months paid in advance.
Includes: Unlimited telehealth consultations, direct access to Dr. Okuniewski via text/phone/email 24/7, personalized care plans, discounted labs when available.
In-Person Visits: Available in Spring Lake, Michigan, as needed. We recommend at least a yearly in-person exam.
Labs, pathology, and imaging are not included, as these services are provided by other entities. However, we can provide discounted labs for those with a membership, once this service becomes available to us from Quest.
*At this time we also offer a la carte options. You can pay for just an annual exam, a consult, or an in office procedure, such as an IUD or skin tag removal, etc.
This health care model empowers you to take control of your health journey with a provider who truly understands and supports your unique needs.
For all medical emergencies, please still call 911 or visit the nearest Emergency Department. The Online ObGyn is not an emergency medical service. But, please notify us if you are in the emergency room or hospital, because we care, and we may be able to advocate for you and help you navigate a difficult medical situation.

Founded by Dr. Diana Okuniewski, DO, FACOOG, MSCP, dipABLM, a Board-Certified OB/GYN, Menopause, and Lifestyle Medicine physician, our practice eliminates the complexities of insurance, allowing for a more direct and meaningful patient-provider relationship with longer, unhurried, thorough visits.

Dr. Diana Okuniewski, DO is our founder and lead physician. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is board certified in Menopause care and she is also board certified in Lifestyle Medicine, a specialty that focuses on disease prevention through six pillars of health: nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, healthy relationships, and minimizing risky substances.
She wants to bring this knowledge to help take care of your WHOLE person, and help PREVENT disease.
