At The Online OB/GYN, we offer a modern approach to women's health by combining the convenience of telehealth/virtual visits with in person care for needed exams. Our services are designed to provide a comprehensive, individualized approach without the constraints of traditional insurance with a Direct Specialty Care Model.

Our Care Model: Direct Specialty Care

Our direct specialty care model has two options, Membership ($300 per month) and Ala Carte (or cash pay per visit):

A membership-based approach ensures you receive the attention and support you deserve.

By focusing on a membership model, we eliminate the complexities of insurance, allowing for a more direct and meaningful patient-provider relationship. We do not bill insurance in addition to the membership fees.

Membership Details:

• Cost: $300 per month, with the first three months paid in advance. We do not charge insurance.

• Includes:

  • Unlimited telehealth and in person visits.

  • One in-person annual exam

  • Personalized Lifestyle Medicine plan for overall health and longevity

  • Basic annual labs (complete blood count, complete metabolic panel, thyroid stimulating hormone, free T4, A1C, lipid panel

  • Discounted specialty labs through Quest

  • Discounted supplements through Fullscript

  • Direct access to Dr. Okuniewski via text/email and phone

  • And more as we build! Coming soon -Nutrition, Yoga videos, physical therapy, personal trainers!
